As our clients and supporters know, a commercial kitchen has been a goal of ours for some time. We've gone from filling six to eight small dessert orders a month to adding large orders for 250-300 cake jars in the mix, and with requests for multiple custom cakes weekly. We need to purchase a commercial convection oven, a refrigerator, a freezer, and a mixer to help us meet the increasing demand.
