As our latest venture under the Strange Bird Hospitality umbrella, Nat's Mountain House will be a new commitment to progressive change within the hospitality industry. Too often, we have seen practices that fall short of our standards, prompting us to reimagine the status quo and strive to be an exemplar of better business. A significant part of our endeavor lies in prioritizing our staff's wellbeing. We offer health insurance for all hourly employees working 30 hours or more and provide 401k plans with matching contributions. We even offer life coaching services to our management team and any staff members who require it, supporting their personal growth. NuMarket is a crowdfunding platform which makes it easy for food and bev businesses to raise funds for their community in exchange for credits, specifically, 120% of the amount they contributed.
