You successfully ran a NuMarket campaign and got the support of some really, really incredible people and supporters! Whether your mom, your regular customers, your pals, or even some new faces— say hello to the people who truly believe in what you’re doing and are now a big part of what’s next. But what is next?

Every month as credits roll out, we send a personalized message updating your community on their new credits and their balance. This is a great way to touch base with them and include any news or specials you may have. Keep us in the loop with what’s going on with you and we’ll be sure to relay that to your NuMarket contributor community.

Over the next six months, your community of contributors will get six installments of credits that they’ll be using to purchase all of their favorite things from you as they continue supporting your biz while they’re at it. Here are some fun ways you can continue thanking them for their support in helping you do your thing and keeping them engaged as your close community!

Events and Happenings:
  • A small gathering or casual social hour in your space to help show off the location, the equipment, or the product that they helped fund. This is a way to shake hands in person and show them exactly what they helped make happen.
  • A bonus perk at an existing event! Are you doing something fun at your biz that’s open to the public? A pop-up, a trivia night, a latke party? Giving your contributors an extra little perk like first drink on you or a 15% off their ticket would be a great way to 1) encourage them to use their credits toward the event and 2) make them feel a little extra special.

Exclusive Offers:
  • Experimenting on a new menu item or product? Let them know about it and that you’d love their feedback or that you want them to try it first! Keeping them in the loop makes them feel like an important part of your community and gives them something to use their credits on.
  • Exclusive merch is also a fun way of making them feel special. This can be a freebie— but doesn’t have to be! Your customers have credits to spend with you, giving them fun, exlusive, and limited time ways to spend their credits while reminding them what a vital part of your community they are is a great way to keep them engaged.

Show Them Some Love:

  • These people are a huge part of your community. Celebrate them in all ways big and small. It’s as simple as saying thank you in person when you or your team notice them checking them out with credits.
  • Go a step further and celebrate them on social! If ever given the opportunity to take a photo of someone and the tasty things they’ve used their credits on, we encourage you do. You can use this for sharing on your page or even sending to us on IG @numarket.co. We’d love to be able to continue shouting out you and your incredible community!
  • Encourage them to share what they’re using their credits on as well on instagram, facebook, all the things. It’s like bonus marketing content made by your very real, very awesome community!

These special events and offerings don’t have to be something *extra* you’re spending on if you’re not able. The important thing is continuing communication with them by updating them on what’s going on and giving them fun ways to use their credits.

Your campaign may be over, but the fun is just beginning 😎
