Your customers are the people who know you and your biz. They might be following you on Instagram or may be subscribed to your newsletter. Here’s how we can get their attention once your campaign goes live:
In Person 🤝:
Here is a QR code to include in any flyers, stickers, menus, labels, table tents, etc. Put this where it’s easily seen and where you can easily direct people to it when you speak about the campaign IRL.

- How long the campaign runs:
- We’ll be doing this for 30 days! It ends on ____.

Social Media + Newsletters
Consistency is KEY 🔑
One launch day post or newsletter is not going to catch every single follower. Social media posts are fleeting and people’s inboxes are overflowing, so you need to have a plan to post consistently throughout your campaign so you have many opportunities to catch customers’ attention and remind them about your campaign.
Also, remember it’s holiday season! Your campaign is gifting-ready. Who wouldn’t want to be gifted credits for pastries and Bunbury coffee + tea?
Your posts and stories can look a lot of different ways, but focus on:
- being genuine and clear about your ask in posts.
- reminding your followers what’s in it for them (120% back in credit’s to use on all of their Bunbury’s favorites!)
- remembering to share how grateful you are to have them be a part of this.
- share your excitement about your growth and what’s next.
- People love YOU and your family. Don’t hesitate to get on camera to thank them for their support or explain what it is the campaign is all about! Brief videos are key.
Be sure to always have your link accessible:
- your Instagram link in bio
- your Facebook about me section
- IG/FB stories should always have a link
- even as a pop up on your website or ordering platform
Engage! Engage! Engage!
People will be pumped for you, but may not always hit the link right away. So personally responding to nice comments and shares could help get them to the finish line. Don’t hesitate to send them a thank you and nudge via DM 😉
